Hello, I really need to do a bulk recruitment drive...... (like 16 new consultants in WA. ASAP) I am not sure where to advertise (Has anyone used Seek.com?) I was thinking of hiring a hall or room somewhere and doing a presentation, then asking only the interested ones to stay for an interview........ but I am not sure if this is best.... Many people contact me regarding being a consultant, but once I have set aside time in my day for the intro and interview I find most of them dont even bother to turn up...... I am currently advertising in the parents paper with very little GENUINE response...... The interview is basically to gauge their genuine interest and motivation levels... Any and All advice will be very appreciated. thank you Bev Trendykidz

Hi, If anyone knows the secret tell me!!! In my experience there really is no shortcut or quick way. It has always been one show at a time, one recruit at a time for me. .. If you can consistently introduce people every single month, then your business will grow at a steady pace. . and then those people will introduce and your line just goes from there. Consistency is the key.. small steps every single day.. A tree does not grow in one day.. but it grows bit by bit every day if you look after it. good luck marina

Hi Bev, I too would love to know that secret! Ummm unfortunately the way i recriut is that i choose 2 ppl from every class that seem guinuinley interested and share info with the so if i do 3 classes a week im seeing 6 new potential recruits so thats how i do it. Remeber for every 10 you ask or share the info with 1 will join..... well more hopefully but thats the numbers i work on. Remember everything in this business is a numbers game!!! My manager got all interested people together between Brisbane & Gold Coast, Ipswich, Caboolture etc.....so they had to travel to get to it ! She spent money putting on food/drinks at a hotel and got about 15 people - from that one night I think she signed up 4-5 on the night ! (You have to spend money to make money) she did a demo of the products like a mini party and had some gifts etc... You need to make sure that people are REALLY interested ...and they will travel if they are ! She also had arranged with her PASH to get some "money off" vouchers for people signing up "that night"...
