Hiya Julie!!

What a wonderful idea!!! I had thought to mention those little meringues and those little chocolate brownie cakes....but here is a post from sherrybeth at  http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=148755

We have had a professional "chocolate fountain" caterer come in for our annual office Christmas party for the last 2 years and you would be amazed at all the stuff they "dip".
Marshmallows, gingerbread cookies, pretzels, sugar wafers, pineapple, strawberries, apple slices, orange slices, cherries, grapes, cinnamon twists, graham crackers, animal crackers, brownie bites, cake bites, oatmeal cookies and they drizzle it on popcorn would probably dip a person or 2 if they could find some that would cooperate. (I don't recommend sticking a finger in it....the caterer accidentally got a splash on her and it left a burn).

I even had one person request that we dip a bit of brie for her. They wouldn't dip it, but they did drizzle it.

I think you just have to experiment to see what you like and don't like.

They also use Ghiradelli chocolate, but use a mixture of milk and dark chocolate.

Hope that helps....and hope you have fun with it! Heaps of other good tips on there for you to check out. Good luck with it. Snazza

Oh Great !!  Decided to give it a run today, had friends over and thought it would be fun to test it out first.  Well, it was a dud.  Now I have to pack it up to take it back to the shop.  Grrrr not very happy.   Has anyone seen these elsewhere for sale??
