Christmas selling

Hi all,

I'm trying to get things moving since having my little bundle of tireless joy.

When you go out to do on the spot Christmas selling, which places

would you visit, what would you say?  and how would you present your

products?

I'm feeling a bit nervous and out of touch and would really appreciate

some ideas and tips.

Thank-you so much,

Sofia.

Its always good to have a open house for xmas, and msg all your customers, and have a secret santa attendence gift for every person who attends!

put up a display and use a little decorations but not to much so that it defers away from the products

The K Rudd Bonus ... sounds like a missile....

$1000 for each child if you are a recipient of the FTB Part A isn't it ???

My $2000 is going towards bringing my sister in law over from Kenya to study;  I am sure though that many people will spend it on their Christmas Shopping;  this is great for us PP'ers.  We are usually in the right place at the right time !!!!

Think about wrapping up some things like hampers. Once stop gifts that you don't need to worry about wrapping are always attractive to time poor people.  It would be a good idea to have them at your party, so that they can pay cash and take them with them.

Us Foodie Girls are flat out at the moment !! It's nice to see that hard work done during the quieter months has paid off in bookings and in sales.

Cheers all

Yep the bonus will be nice, for us it's clothes and shoe shopping for all the boys,  and a xmas treat for them before we go.

Have you tried the local retirment villages?  These have been a real treat in the past and the oldies love being considered.  Ring a nice looking retirement village and offer to set up a xmas table with a raffle for the staff and residents.  Usually you will need permission from the Director of nursing or Amin officer, or even the Diversional therapist.  Keep the gifts small in price value as most want something quick.

Another is put up fliers in community noticeboards for 'last minute gift ideas'.

Or of course take a walk and letterbox drop the old 'have a cuppa' on me flier and offer them to christmas shop with you.
